Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

​ PCYC is the out-of-hours school care (OSHC) provider for Annandale State School.

INFORMATION FLYER​

   PCYC is an independent service provider of OSHC services. 

Information may only be shared between the school and the PCYC OSHC if parents / carers have completed an Exchange of Information Permission Form and submitted it to either the school or the PCYC OSHC.

Although the service is located in the Annandale State School grounds this service is not operated by Annandale State School.

SPACES ARE LIMITED, so complete the form as soon as possible and  wait for a response which will inform you if there is a space available. Confirmation is required prior to commencing with the service.
