Annandale State School follows the Australian Curriculum.
It has a School Curriculum Framework which guides teaching and learning.
Students in each year level study the following subjects:

Health and Physical Education
The Arts (Visual Art, Music, Media, Drama, Dance)
Humanities and Social Sciences
Technologies (Digital and Design)
Students in Years 3 - 6 also undertake LOTE (Language Other Than English ) - Mandarin Chinese.
