Enrolling at our school

Annandale State School is open to all application to enrol.

The school is not zoned or enrolment managed  

​

All students wishing to enrol in Annandale State may make an application to enrol.

All enrolments require:

• A completed set of ENROLMENT forms.pdf​​ ​
  

• Birth certificate
  

• Visa details (if applicable)
  

• A request to administer medications at school form (PDF, 176KB) if required.

• A pre-enrolment interview with a member of the school administration team is required prior to a student’s enrolment being confirmed.

Annandale State School follows the Education Queensland enrolment process for all new enrolments. A student(s) enrolment  may be requested  by contacting the school. Please familiarise yourself with our PARENT HANDBOOK (PDF, 756KB) prior to enrolling your child.

Health and sickness considerations

It is important that when children are sick they stay at home to rest and recover.

Once they are feeling well again, they are able to return to school happy and ready to learn. Staying home until well also helps to stop the  spread of any infections or viruses. we all want our students to be happy and healthy, learning and plying with their friends.

The Queensland Department of Health has a schedule of time that children should be away from school and at home recovering from their illness.
