A Defence School Mentor (DSM) is based at Annandale State School. The school's DSM aims to facilitate the best possible outcomes for children of Australian Defence Force parents through flexible assistance and ensure a smooth transition between one educational setting to the next.
The school is fortunate to have Mrs Tanya Hurditch as our DSM.
Our DSM operate a number of key programs including:

Providing deployment support to students when their father/mother has been deployed.
